Payment

We have a couple of secure payments methods Google checkout and Paypal, using any of these methods is very safe for the buyer as the seller never gets to see private banking details.  PayPal is a secure way of transferring funds online. It doesn’t matter if you don’t actually have a PayPal account as PayPal can process all major credit cards/ debit card transactions without the need for you to have one. Your card details are never released to us and you can check your transactions via the PayPal link. Google checkout is also a secure payment facility that accepts major credit cards/ debit cards, just make your choice when you get to the checkout, which facility you would prefer to use.  If you don't wish to use your cards over the internet but still would like to be able to source the best prices via it, we have now introduced a new system to our website called payoffline for information on how you can order and where you can pay, check out payoffline website

Delivery Timing

Your purchases will be posted to you as soon as the order is completed and the funds are cleared. Please be aware that the majority of the products that we sell are made to order so please allow a few days for your order to be completed plus the standard royal mail postage times. We promise that we value your custom, and that your order will be dealt with in the quickest time possible, please bear in mind that the products are handcrafted so there may be some variations to those displayed on the website, as each piece is unique. If there are any unusual circumstances that are beyond our control that may cause delay you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to change or cancel your order.We will never just substitute items without your agreement. If you choose to use pay offline as your method of payment, the order will be started once payment has cleared.

Postage and costs

The royal mail service is used generally as this seems to be the most cost efficient way for the customers, unless a large order is placed  that weighs over 4 kilo's ,then a courier service would be used if it was better value. Please feel free to enquire about this service if you want your order quickly. We are only set up to post to customers in the UK on the website; if you are an international customer we would be only too pleased to supply you. In the first instance please email your order through via the contact us facility and we will send a return email detailing prices for your shipment, so you can decide whether you would like to proceed with your order. For the postal costs of your order a reference guide is clearly displayed at the bottom of this page. Please be aware that when you check out you have to enter your delivery details before the postage charge is displayed.

Cancellation

If after you place an order , you have a change of heart and wish to cancel, please make sure that this is done via the contact us button within 48 hours, please do not assume that it is cancelled until you have had a confirmation e mail from us. If the payment has been made via PayPal, it will be refunded that way. Of course as the orders are handmade to order, if your order has already been started you will be charged for the items already made.

Damages

If there are any damages to your order on arrival, please make sure that you sign on the delivery advice note stating this at the time of arrival so it may be possible for us to claim the damages from the postal service. We want you to enjoy your products and be happy with your purchases, if you are unhappy in any way please let us know and we will do our best to sort the problem out in a fair manner.

Returns

If for any reason there is a need to return any of your order the postage costs need to be met by the customer. The goods must be returned in a saleable condition and due care must have been given to their condition.Please return to 9 The Common, Ecclesfield, Sheffield S35 9WJ. If there is a mistake within the order, of course the  costs will be met by us for the return of them.
